Question #1:
could this be my month? what do u think?
ok... sorry if this is really long and has a lot of TMI but i want to give all the details and get honest opinions based on all the factsmy husband and i have been ttc for over 3 years now. we have had 4 miscarriages, but no full term pregnancies. about 6 months ago i realized that i was "obsessing" about getting pregnant (i was a frequent y! visitor).. so i decided it would be best to stop "trying" for a while. well, anyone who wants a baby knows that its not easy to just STOP trying for something u want so bad! so to distract myself i decided to focus on me! i used dieting and weight loss as my distraction (i was, and still am slightly overweight) i have lost almost 30 pounds and feel great! my husband and i continued to BD but no charts and no temperatures and no OPKs!
my periods have always been normal (30 day cycles, give or take a day)
my last cycle started on January 25th. I spotted (literally JUST a spot) on feb 19th, and again the same thing in feb 26th. now for the last 3 days i have been getting REALLLLY light bleeding only with the first one or twos potty trips (no panty liner even needed! just one wipe and its done) its a light pinkish/coral color. no cramps, no bloating or other signs of AF
the only other symptoms that i am having is severe constipation (which i NEVER had before) and verrry veryyy itchy nipples (not sore at all) i have been putting lotion on 5 times a day and they still itch like crazy!
what do u guys think? i plan on testing in the morning... but just wanted to get a few outside opinions first! be honest! i can handle it! i have been thru much worse in this journey! i am really hoping for a BFP and a healthy pregnancy! thanks for reading!
thanks everyone for responding so far... the 30 pounds was lost over the entire 6 months.. so that averages about 5lbs a month or so.

Question #3:
Weight Loss Tips???????
I'm overweight and its really embarassing when I go to the beach and I see all these other guys who are fit. Does anyone have any tips on how to help me lose weight. I'm not like fat or anything but i'm a bit chubby. It's also embarassing in the boys locker room at school.Question #4:

Question #5:
How much smaller are my boobs likely to get if I lose 20 pounds?
I've talked to a trainer about my weight loss goals and they've said that 20 pounds is reasonable for me.I'm too embarrassed to ask a trainer this, but I asked on here if my boobs could shrink and several posters said yes.
My boobs are disgusting!!!! I would like to have smaller ones. I'm about a C but I feel matronly; I have a small frame and they're really out of proportion.
How much smaller are they likely to get? If I were to lose twenty pounds, would they be noticeably smaller, or significantly smaller?
I've considered having reduction surgery in the future but I'm not sure if I will. Right now, it isn't an option for me and I want to be one hundred percent sure I want it before I take the risk and invest the time and money in it.
Question #6:
players that came, played occasionly, then left - aka biggest flops of the EPL?
Tomas BrolinThe man made a name for himself at AC Parma and at the 1994 World Cup with a few stunning goals. At the end of 1995 he moved to Leeds for ₤4.5 million and after arriving with weight problems, ‘Tubby’ scored a shocking 4 goals in 2 seasons all the while heavily lining the pockets of every McDonald’s manager in Leeds. Leeds terminated his contract in 1997 and it was all over for Fatty.
Denilson
Christiano Ronaldo without a brain would be a very apt title with which to describe Denilson. After signing for Betis for a then record 21.9 million Pounds, he proceeded to dribble himself for 7 years, before everyone realized how crap he really was. After an unsuccessful spell with Bordeaux, he decided to test his talent in the fairer climes of Saudi Arabia and FC Dallas. He seems to have found his level. Except FC Dallas don’t want him anymore.
Marco Boogers - West Ham
Harry Redknapp wasn't always the streetwise London gaffer he is today. The arrival of 'Mad' Marco Boogers for £1m from Sparta Rotterdam in July 1995 was just one of a number of misjudged West Ham imports. Coming on as a substitute against Manchester United in only his second appearance for the club, Boogers was almost immediately red carded for 'a sickening horror tackle' (The Sun) on Gary Neville. He promptly disappeared, discovered several weeks later hiding in a mobile home in a Dutch caravan park. The Boogers debacle, which ended in a loan deal and subsequent free transfer to Groningen despite his protestations - 'I'm not mental' - was the worst of a dreadful Redknapp
collection: Florin Raducioiu arrived for £2.4m in July 96 and was sold at a £600,000 loss six months later after missing training for a Harvey Nichols shopping trip; Portuguese supermodel Dani lasted five months before being thrown out for excessive nightclubbing; and £2m star Javier Margas went missing in February last year, turning up later at home in Chile. He, unlike Boogers, did come back.
Wim Jonk - Sheffield Wednesday
Not only did Jonk look like Michael Palin, but he was as tough in the tackle as him. The Dutchman, signed for £2.5m from PSV Eindhoven in 1998, lolloped anonymously around Wednesday’s midfield for two seasons, the second of which saw them relegated. After experiencing the hurly burly of two First Division games, he sat out the remaining year of his contract, citing a tummy ache. At the end of that season, he retired to concentrate on his poetry. Wednesday fans had their own rhymes for him.
Chris Sutton
Another Chelsea flop, Sutton never really did much at Chelsea in one season, after transferring from Blackburn Rovers for ₤10 million. Luckily he did better at Celtic forming a deadly partnership with Henrik Larsson. Aaah, the Scottish League, a retirement home for below average English strikers.
Massimo Taibi - Manchester United
Sir Alex signed him to replace Peter Schmeichel? In 1999, with Raimond van der Gouw always wearing his bridesmaid’s outfit and Mark Bosnich too cocky by half, Sir Alex Ferguson splashed out £4.5m on Venezia journeyman Massimo Taibi. The omnipresent tracksuit bottoms should have caused Ferguson to pause for thought. Instead, Taibi conceded two sloppy goals at Liverpool on his debut and one to Wimbledon the following week. Then the fun began: Southampton scored three at Old Trafford, including a Matthew Le Tissier “shot” that trickled through Taibi’s legs and was so soft, it barely crossed the line. Eight days later, Chelsea put five past him at Stamford Bridge and this Italian’s job was over, little more than a month after it had began. Taibi rotted in the reserves until Reggina took him on loan before a £2.5m purchase at season’s end. He was, noted a generous Roy Keane, “clearly a good keeper”. Clearly.
Juan Sebastian Veron - Manchester United
signed for 28.1 million from lazio on a five year deal and lasted just 2 years before being sold onto Chelsea for less than half man utd payed. The strange thing is he was touted as one of the best midfielders in the world and seem to lose all talent the minute he steped off the plane at Manchester Airport.
Corrado Grabbi - Blackburn Rovers
How the Italians chuckled in 2001 when Graeme Souness, manager of Blackburn Rovers, paid £6.75m for Juventus cast-off Corrado Grabbi, who had just scored 19 goals in 34 Serie B (not to be confused with Serie A) games for Ternana. Grabbi’s work ethic was never in doubt, but two goals in 30 Premiership games suggested Souness might have been better buying a Serie A player. After an especially profligate performance in the 2003 Uefa Cup against Genclerbirgli, Souness lost patience. Grabbi was bought by Ancona. The fee was undisclosed, but it wasn’t £6.75m.
Sean Dundee - Liverpool
In 1998, Karlsruhe were relegated from the Bundesliga. Their tubby star forward, Sean “Crocodile” Dundee, scored just three times. These facts d
( continued from above or below depending on where this gets posted...)
....did not deter Liverpool manager Roy Evans from splashing out £2m for the German international who claimed to be as fast as Michael Owen. In fact, he wasn’t as fast as Liverpool fan Michael Howard. Liverpool’s official website raised the notion that Dundee was “possibly the worst player to have donned the red of Liverpool
Yes, and Schevchenko too - but Scvhencho despite not being great in the EPL - will still go down as a world class legendary striker. (he won lots of honours with milan)
Question #7:
losing weight... the healthy and fast way.?

I've been on a diet where I only drink water eat 3 meals a day with snacking in between.. like celery and things such as that for about 2 weeks now. I am going to start running/jogging everyday with a friend and I hear cardio is the best thing for weight loss. Now, what are some good belly exercises for me to lose this weight before summer.. So, give me these ab workouts and do you think I can do this before summer?Question #8:
How long until I see weight loss results?
I am 150 lbs / 5"3 / female. I am looking to loose 30/40 pounds by July. My thighs and stomache are my main target area, as well as my "baby fat" face. I cut out all fast food and have been eating alot of fruit and veggies. I started weight traning at home and running. IS there anything else I need to do to loose this weight in the 4 months I have. I have nearly all the symptoms of celiac disease except for weight loss, any ideas?
I fear asking my Dr. about it because he already disbelieves that I was diagnosed with M.S. some 25 years ago ( my medical records from that time seem to have been destroyed, though I would guess Social Security still has them) Thanks for any help I could receive on this!Question #10:

Question #11:
Should I try Decaslim?
I began counting calories (less than 2000 a day) and doing 40-60 minutes of cardio 5 days a week in late January, early February. I went from 190lbs. to 180lbs. by the beginning of March.I'm looking to speed up the weight loss, but want to lose it long term. Not just "water weight." I was watching TV late at night and it got me considering diet pills.
I am not looking for a quick fix; I'm going to maintain what I'm doing for as long as it takes to define my abs - pills or no. I'm just worried that I might be "getting greedy" by trying to get faster results.
My main goal is to slim down til I am happy with the way my chest and abs look, and then build my muscles up.
Should I try a diet pill like Decaslim or Xenadrine?
Question #12:
Should I do cardio before lifting weights or after?
I am going to start going to classes at 24 Hour Fitness (the strength training and weight lifting ones). I just wanted to know if I should do my cardio before the lifting or after?I want whichever will give me the best results for weight loss (which is my #1 goal and #2 is to gain muscle and tone up). I am very overweight (more than 100 pounds overweight) and out of shape so I will start off easy (elliptical or bike and on days between the lifting calss and cardio I will be swimming laps).
Question #13:
What are the specific benefits of yoga?
I am going to be starting yoga tomorrow. I was hoping some of the benefits would be it would help me loose weight, loose this paunch in my tummy area, slim my thighs, help me get pregnant, and improve my depression and anxiety. If not, what are the other benefits of yoga. I have bought a beginner DVD, a dvd for yoga for weight loss, a yoga block with belts for stretching, and I have a mat. What else do I need to know? Is there other sites out there that I can watch other classes or browse some information for yoga? Thanks so much!Question #14:

Will 6-8 cups of water a day and a meal (dinner) help me lose weight and keep my metabolism going.Question #15:
Any suggestions on exercise and eating healthy for someone who hates it?
I'm not talking weight loss, although I wouldn't mind losing a few pounds (don't we all?). I just haven't been able to keep a steady habit of exercising because it has either become too boring, costly, or I haven't been able to do it by myself. Not to mention that I kind of have to be coerced into exercising because I would much rather do other things like read :)
Also, any simple ways to create a healthier diet? I already drink primarily water, but I am so picky sometimes, so it's harder for me to be healthy.
Thanks :)
