Question: Weight loss...running/jumping rope?

Personally, I would do running every day, except alternate distances(short/long/short/long), jumprope every day as well
but instead, do the workouts alternately.
one day, do upper body/arms. Next day, let your arms rest and do core work, next day, let your core rest and do some leg work, repeat etc
I used to be chubby, when I started high school, I was 5'5, 135, ran a 11 minute mile. It's been 4 years, andddd I am 145, 5'9, can run a 6:40.
Definitely do running and jumprope every day, but you can alternate how many sets of rope and how many miles you want to run depending on the day.
