Question: I am 168 pounds, 17 years old male, 32" / 30" waist, will i lose fat this way, please help?

You must know that your weight is below what it should be and that any man with a 30-32 inch wast does not need to lose fat. Do you think you have an eating disorder?

If your waist is 30/32", you probably don't need to lose any weight. Speak to your doctor before doing this or any kind of diet. This diet doesn't look like it has enough healthy fat in it, and could cause your body to go into starvation mode.

its hard to say how much you would loose but if you go on a 5 mile jog everyday i think it would be a significant amount you will also be gaining muscle

This sounds mate like you have a reasonably small frame but have a reasonable percentage of body fat. The thing is mate, I would need to know how tall you are, but one of the options you can go for is forgetting that horrible shake that you have created and get down to the gym to lift some weights. If you start to convert some of your fat into muscle mate then that would be an option. I would advise you not to start that diet that you are on as that diet sounds like someone with an eating disorder.

All you need to do mate. Cut down your normal portion sizes. Eat more protein. Eat less sugary foods.

You should be toned in no time. And yeah the running is a good idea but make it only 3 or 4 times a week.

I can help you :) I lost 40 pounds in 4 months. What the best thing to do to lose weight is not crunches, push ups etc. You should walk 30 min after your lunch and aftr your dinner do 30 min of another high impact cardiovascular (ex dancing, treadmill etc)
I can give you some more tips to loose weight:
-instead of eating 3 large portion meals a day eat 6 smaller portioned meals a day and 2-3 snacks
-snack on vegetables, fruits, and almonds
-drink TUNS of water
-drink green tea
-make sure you have a high fiber breakfast
-don't eat out very often
-have one day a week of not doing your work outs and one day on the weekend
-have one day every 2 weeks you treat your self (eating out, having some desert)
-try to stay away from stress
-add olive oil to your foods

and also you sound like your doing great ! except you sound like your eating wayy to little and what will happen is you will be getting weak and your brain will go into starvation mode and you will end up eating a lottt. If you want to loose weight you cann't starve yourself. Trust me i know. I seggest with your shake at lunch you have a small healthy meal. For example , a half a pita pocket with turkey, tomato, low fat cheese, etc. And you can find low fat salad dressings that are healthy for you or just make one at home with olive oil and balsamic. Plus you need to add fruits to your diet. have an apple a day and 7 almonds.
This is from someone experienced who lost 40 pounds.
Please eat more lol :) expecially if your exercising!

Firstly dude, How tall are you?? This weight could be ok for your height! And what kind of fat are you loooking to lose, i.e. from what parts of your body. This diet looks like starving yourself in all honesty. The shake looks ok, but has nothing really to sustain you, for example you have mention no carbs at all - depends what you're eating for breakfast!

You might lose quite alot of weight, but it doesnt look healthy tbh, your running will suffer and you wont notice the benefits of the exercise if you're starving yourself!!
