Am on a diet n exercise regime for my wedding next month. I have lost 17lbs so far n havent had any fast foods for past two months.....but today am craving mc donald's spicey veggie deli burger...should I eat it? or will it be catastrophic for my weight loss. I will not have anything else to eat today if i get to eat this burger i.e. my total calorie intake including my breakfast n this burger for lunch will be 1100. + i m not going to the gym today but wil b going tomorrow....
please tell me wht should i do? m waiting 4 an answer

i am trying to lose weight.... i am 13, 5'2, and 158 pounds. I know I am fat, I really wanna lose it EVERYWHERE! Anyway.... I am pretty much free to do stuff (except thursdays, i play tennis for an hour) so stuff at home, i can go to the gym, run, anything.
Also:
breakfast :have cereal or coffee
walk to school (roughly takes 20 minutes or less)
lunch: sandwhich with wheat bread, turkey, and spicy brown mustard, and wheat thins sticks (8 or tthem) and target purified water w/ crystal light
walk home from school with a fast pace (20 min or less)
have a snack (depends but this is usually where i go overboard)
have dinner (depends)
that is my usual day..
my doctor said i can lose weight and that was all.
another thing... i have bigger boobs for my age, since that is weight, you know i will weigh extra?
one more thing........... i need motivation too :s

Hi everyone, I work usually from 8am to 10pm and by the time I've showered & spent a little time with my husband I have to go to bed & wake up at 6am again. I haven't been preparing lunches for myself. My work is very stressful & fast paced. I cannot take a lunch EVER so I eat at my desk & basically ask whoever might be picking something up to get me something too. I've gained about 25lbs from what I think is just stress eating, trying to keep my energy going, and having nothing in walking distance that's healthy. What would you recommend that I could take to work that I don't have to cook? I was thinking canned soups maybe? I'm at a loss & not willing to gain any more weight from being stressed :-(

I am on the depo shot and recently had weight loss surgery. The weight loss from the surgery has caused lots of heavy spotting (which has never happened before on the depo shot with me). Is the weight loss counteracting the effectiveness of the shot?

So i wanna lose weight fast.Min. one month.And I really need help.First of all i heard something about eating apples,lettuce and cucumbers once at 4 hours (i'm sorry,my english is not good) and drink a lot of water.Now,i know drinking a lot of water will help but i'm still not sure on everything.I mean I don't wanna go in gyms or run outside.I feel incomfortable.But i would still do exercises at home and google doesn't really help me right now.So could you just suggest me what exercises i should do (at home!) and what i should eat..or if you know any sites,that would be helpful!

So not too long ago I was only 4"11 & weight 125lbs. Throughout my most of my life I always been Bigger then my Skinny sister. Due to her fast metabolism she can eat whatever, whenever & not get Fat. Everything just goes to her Butt. And well me, if I eat like her it all goes to the wrong places; My chest, Stomach & Thighs. And I never really had a big problem w/ it until my sister would use my Weight against me in verbal Fights. She would call me "Ugly Fat B*tch!" or "Fat @ss!" & it got to the point where I would just lack Confidence & not bother to dress nice thinking the Outfit would never look as nice on me as it did on her & I would HATE myself. But nobody noticed it bc/ I didn't let it show.
But then I decided if I wanted to feel better about myself & stop the Harassment I got to start by losing some weight. So I did so. And now i'm 13 5"3 & weight probably between the ranged if 105lbs-115lbs (I don't weigh myself, I just measure). And just when I thought the Harassment would end , it only got worse. Now EVERYONE is started to think i'm getting to thin. And many of my Aunts questioned me if I was Anorexic or if I ate Today or whatever. But I don't Diet, I eat like a regular Child ! I just exercises !
And when I went on vacation even my Mom , Dad & Sister were talking bout about me might being Anorexic ! I turned around for about 30 SECONDS & I come back to hear them talking about me. And my sister keeps on repeating "Oh your too skinny! You need to stop working out." "Oh, I think you may have this Type of Anorexia" And it's really getting to me.
I couldn't even watch a 30 second weight loss Commercial (not that I was paying any attention or cared , I took a short Glance) w/ out my Dad & sister cracking Jokes about me wanting it, or probably memorizing the ingredients to the Shake thingy or whatever it was! When they were doing that I started to Cry, but no one saw b/c I turned the other way.
I mean , C'MON ! I know about Anorexia, & I even took some Online test & i'm NOT ! Just because I workout ONCE a day & refuse to eat things like Cheesecakes or whatever (because I never even LIKED Creamy stuff in the 1st place) doesn't mean i'm Anorexic. I'll have ice Cream & Chip & cake once in a while. But this stuff is really getting to me. I know their trying to warm me, but this just making me Hate myself more & more.
How can i get them to stop ?? And am I really underweight ??

I am 216lbs and I am 5'6 1/2... my BMI is obese (yet I dont look obese) but I really am tired of being called the big kid and fatass. My weight has been up and down, but it has mostly stayed in the 2-teens area. I want a healthy BMI, this requires me to be 156 and below. I need to lose 70lbs as fast as possible. I bought hydroxycut and I have the This Is Taebo CD. I figure combining these two should give me good results... is that true? I've read about bad things with hydroxycut, but I need this weight loss to happen.
Also, if these two together will produce the weight loss I need, will it be safe to also use SlimFast as my diet? Please help!

I also have PCOS which makes it almost impossible to lose weight.
I have a very restricted diet because of my celiac. And I work out a minimun of 3 hours a day, and that doesnt include my swim team practice. I am a USS national swimmer and 20 yrs old.
I have also worked with nutritionists for over 2 years. I dont drink juice or soda, only water, also no breads.
Please note I am already on a very low calorie count as I am already on very restricted diets.
